Under the <em>Eat Right Concept<\/em>, the institute presented an array of mouthwatering dishes that were not only delicious but also nutritious, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who stopped by.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stars of the Stall:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The crowd was particularly drawn to the delectable <em>Mandua Cookies<\/em>, <em>Mandua Momos<\/em>, and <em>Mandua Laddoo<\/em>, which became the undisputed stars of the event! These dishes, infused with the goodness of mandua (finger millet), captured the essence of traditional flavors while promoting a healthy twist. Visitors couldn\u2019t get enough of these treats that were both nutritious and irresistibly tasty!<\/p>\n<p>But the excitement didn\u2019t stop there!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Show-Stoppers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A diverse range of dishes showcased the creativity and culinary expertise of the institute. The <em>Dahi ke Sholey<\/em>, <em>Sabz Shami Kebab<\/em>, <em>Baked Yogurt<\/em>, <em>Siddu<\/em>, <em>Spider Rolls<\/em>, <em>Chilka Roti<\/em>, and <em>Dhuska<\/em> added their own charm to the stall, offering an unforgettable taste experience. Each dish was a celebration of flavors, skillfully crafted to highlight fresh ingredients and unique cooking methods.<\/p>\n<p>And let\u2019s not forget the incredible dips that accompanied these dishes \u2013 they were an absolute hit! The perfect balance of flavors made them a crowd favorite, with many attendees going back for seconds (and thirds!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honoring Excellence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A highlight of the event was the recognition of the institute&#8217;s <strong>Principal, Dr. Nripendra Singh Lingwal, who was honored by the honorable Deputy Commissioner of Deoghar<\/strong> for his remarkable leadership and contributions to promoting culinary excellence and the <em>Eat Right Concept<\/em>.
