International Day of Yoga 2025 : A Celebration of Wellness at Food Craft Institute, Deoghar

Food Craft Institute, Deoghar, proudly hosted a three-day celebration leading up to International Day of Yoga 2025, under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”

The inaugural session on Jun 10, began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an inspiring talk on Satvik Food and the Transformative Benefits of Yoga by guest speaker Mr. Sunil Sultania. Participants explored the profound connection between mindful eating and yogic living, culminating in a wholesome Satvik Bhojan shared in unity.

On June 13, the Satvik Bhojanam Mahotsav showcased a live culinary demonstration of nourishing dishes like Beet Saar, Moong Mungodi, and Olan. The event highlighted the spiritual and health benefits of Satvik food and was broadcast live to a global audience.

The grand finale on June 21 marked the International Day of Yoga with an invigorating group yoga session featuring asanas and pranayama practices. Led by Principal Dr. Nripendra Singh Lingwal, the session emphasized the timeless relevance of yoga in promoting holistic health and inner balance.

The three-day event was a meaningful step toward fostering wellness, sustainability, and global harmony through the practices of yoga and mindful nourishment.
