Food Craft Institute Deoghar recently hosted an exhilarating ‘Snack Pack’ culinary competition alongside a hands-on workshop on the traditional Bengali sweet dish, Sandesh! The event was a perfect blend of innovation and tradition, bringing together the best of both worlds to showcase our students’ culinary prowess.
The workshop, led by the esteemed Sarika S Sah, Ex-President of Inner Wheel Club Deoghar, delved deep into the art of Bengali cuisine. With her vast knowledge and passion for food, she shared invaluable insights on creating Sandesh, offering our students a unique opportunity to learn from an expert in the field. 🙏
The competition was a thrilling experience, with 10 teams of talented students competing to create an impressive array of snacks that left the judges in awe. The level of creativity and skill displayed was exceptional, making the judging process a challenging one! 🤩
Our distinguished judges, Mrs. Sarika Sah and Mrs. Seema Mundra, had a tough time selecting the winners, as every team presented dishes that were both delicious and visually stunning. 🏆
The event was also graced by our Principal, Dr. Nripendra Singh Lingwal, who emphasized the significance of such competitions in boosting students’ confidence and nurturing their creative abilities. 🌟
