A Taste of Tradition and Health at Baidyanath Mahotsav 2025

The Baidyanath Mahotsav 2025 was made even more special by the Food Craft Institute, Deoghar, which wowed visitors with an extraordinary food stall focused on blending traditional flavors with healthy, fresh ingredients. Under the Eat Right Concept, the institute presented an array of mouthwatering dishes that were not only delicious but also nutritious, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who stopped by.

Stars of the Stall:

The crowd was particularly drawn to the delectable Mandua Cookies, Mandua Momos, and Mandua Laddoo, which became the undisputed stars of the event! These dishes, infused with the goodness of mandua (finger millet), captured the essence of traditional flavors while promoting a healthy twist. Visitors couldn’t get enough of these treats that were both nutritious and irresistibly tasty!

But the excitement didn’t stop there!

Other Show-Stoppers:

A diverse range of dishes showcased the creativity and culinary expertise of the institute. The Dahi ke Sholey, Sabz Shami Kebab, Baked Yogurt, Siddu, Spider Rolls, Chilka Roti, and Dhuska added their own charm to the stall, offering an unforgettable taste experience. Each dish was a celebration of flavors, skillfully crafted to highlight fresh ingredients and unique cooking methods.

And let’s not forget the incredible dips that accompanied these dishes – they were an absolute hit! The perfect balance of flavors made them a crowd favorite, with many attendees going back for seconds (and thirds!).

Honoring Excellence:

A highlight of the event was the recognition of the institute’s Principal, Dr. Nripendra Singh Lingwal, who was honored by the honorable Deputy Commissioner of Deoghar for his remarkable leadership and contributions to promoting culinary excellence and the Eat Right Concept. It was a proud moment for the Food Craft Institute, Deoghar!
