FCI Deoghar recently organized a dynamic event for its Hotel Management students, focusing on the intricacies of an A-La-Carte menu theme. Under the expert mentorship of Chef Anupam Alok and Chef Rajesh Joshi, the students showcased their culinary talents with remarkable professionalism and creativity.

The event was further elevated by the state-of-the-art kitchen and realistic restaurant setup, a visionary initiative led by Principal Dr. Nripendra Lingwal, whose continued support and leadership have been instrumental in providing students with a world-class learning environment. A standout feature of the evening was the live counter presentation using a gueridon trolley, which offered guests a delightful and interactive dining experience.
