Food Craft Institute, Deoghar, proudly observed Anti-Ragging Week from 12th August 2025, with unwavering enthusiasm and commitment. This week-long initiative was designed not only to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of ragging but also to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus culture.
The celebration began with a formal inauguration ceremony, setting the tone for a week of insightful learning and active participation. An engaging awareness session was held, where students gained a deeper understanding of the legal, emotional, and academic consequences of ragging. In a collective display of resolve, all students and faculty members took the Anti-Ragging Pledge, reinforcing their collective commitment to a ragging-free campus.
Over the course of the week, the institute organized a variety of impactful and educational events, including:
- Poster Making Competition
- Quiz Competition
- Anti-Ragging Workshop
- Creation of Informative Videos/Short Reels
- Screening of a Short Film on Anti-Ragging
These activities not only educated the student body about the significance of anti-ragging measures but also empowered them to become champions of a positive and supportive campus environment.
