At Food Craft Institute, Deoghar, the commitment to fostering a cleaner, greener environment took center stage with a powerful and inspiring initiative led by our Principal, Dr. Nripendra S. Lingwal. In a collective effort to contribute to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission), the entire FCI Deoghar community—faculty, staff, and students—came together to take the Swachh Bharat Oath, pledging to uphold the values of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.

Armed with brooms, gloves, and bags, everyone worked tirelessly to clean various areas of the campus, including hostels, corridors, gardens, and outdoor spaces. The active involvement of each and every individual demonstrated that cleanliness is a shared responsibility and that every individual, regardless of their position, plays a vital role in creating a clean and sustainable environment. The collective effort helped create a visibly cleaner and more organized campus, while also reinforcing the message that cleanliness and environmental consciousness should be a part of our daily routine.
